Connecting Ad Accounts to Atrilyx
The fastest way to get your ad account data into Atrilyx is by connecting your ad accounts to our business manager or manager accounts.
Below is a platform-by-platform breakdown of how to invite or link your account into the Atrilyx business setup and which permissions are required to ensure smooth reporting and attribution via our API integrations.
1. Google Ads – Manager Account (formerly MCC) / Bing (Microsoft Ads)
Purpose: Grants Atrilyx read access to your campaign, ad group, and performance data for automated reporting and attribution modeling.
Instructions (Client side):
Provide your Google Ads Customer ID (10-digit) to the Atrilyx team.
You’ll receive an email invitation from Atrilyx’s Google Ads Manager Account.
In your Google Ads account:
Go to the Admin (gear) icon → Access & Security → Managers tab
Accept the manager request from Atrilyx.
Required Permissions:
Manager link (Read-Only Access) – Atrilyx does not modify campaigns; access is strictly for data collection and reporting.
2. Meta (Facebook / Instagram) – Meta Business Suite
Purpose: Allows Atrilyx to access campaign, ad set, and ad-level metrics through Meta’s Marketing API for reporting and attribution.
Instructions (Client side):
The Atrilyx team will provide our Meta Business ID.
In your Business Settings → Accounts → Ad Accounts → click + Add → choose Partner to share assets with.
Under Partners, click Add Partner → enter the Atrilyx Business ID.
Assign access to the following assets:
Ad Account (Reporting access)
Page (View performance)
Pixel (View analytics data only)
Required Permissions:
Ad Account: Analyst or Advertiser (read/reporting only)
Pixel: View access (no edit permissions needed)
3. LinkedIn – Campaign Manager / Ad Account Access
Purpose: Enables Atrilyx to retrieve campaign and ad performance data via LinkedIn’s Marketing API.
Instructions (Client side):
Atrilyx will provide the email address to which access should be granted.
Log in to LinkedIn Campaign Manager and choose the ad account.
Click Settings → Manage Access → Add User.
Enter the Atrilyx email and assign the “Viewer” or “Analyst” role.
Required Permissions:
Viewer or Analyst access (sufficient for API data ingestion).
No billing or edit permissions required.
4. TikTok – Business Center / Ads Manager Access
Purpose: Provides Atrilyx access to your TikTok Ads data for performance reporting and attribution.
Instructions (Client side):
Atrilyx will share our Business Center ID.
In your TikTok Business Center → Partners → Add Partner.
Enter the Atrilyx Business Center ID.
Assign permissions for:
Ad Account (View access)
Pixel (View access)
Required Permissions:
Operator or Analyst level on Ad Account and Pixel (read-only).
5. Snapchat – Business Manager / Ads Account Access
Purpose: Enables Atrilyx to collect campaign and spend data for attribution and performance reporting.
Instructions (Client side):
Provide your Snapchat Business Manager ID to Atrilyx.
Atrilyx will share the email address to grant access to.
In Snapchat Business Manager → Business Settings → Members → Add Member.
Invite the Atrilyx contact and assign an appropriate role.
Under Ad Accounts, assign Ad Account Access → Analyst.
Required Permissions:
Ad Account: Analyst (view/reporting only)
6. Pinterest – Business Manager / Ad Account Access
Purpose: Allows Atrilyx to import campaign, ad, and conversion metrics through Pinterest’s API.
Instructions (Client side):
Atrilyx will provide our Pinterest Business ID.
In Pinterest Business Manager → Employees / Partners → Add Partner.
Enter the Atrilyx Business ID and select “Invite partner to access your ad accounts and tools.”
After Atrilyx accepts, assign the following permissions:
Ad Account → Analyst (read access)
Conversion Tag → View access
Required Permissions:
Analyst level access to ad account and conversion tracking tools.
7. YouTube (via Google Ads)
Purpose: Allows Atrilyx to track YouTube ad campaign performance within the connected Google Ads account for attribution and reporting.
Instructions (Client side):
In Google Ads → Tools → Data Manager → Connect Product → YouTube.
Enter your channel URL and send the link request to the Atrilyx-managed Google Ads account.
Approve the request from your YouTube channel owner account.
Required Permissions:
Link approval (read-only integration; no upload or management access).
8. Reddit – Reddit Business Manager
Purpose: Grants Atrilyx access to your Reddit Ads data through Reddit’s Business Manager API for consolidated reporting and attribution.
Instructions (Client side):
Atrilyx will provide our Reddit Business ID.
In Reddit Business Manager → Partners or Users / Permissions.
Add Atrilyx as a Partner Business using the provided ID.
Assign access to:
Ad Account → Analyst
Pixel → View access
Required Permissions:
Analyst or Read-only access (enough for reporting and Fivetran ingestion).
